Ingredients:
Raw cane sugar, Psyllium husk (Isabgol) (25%), Ipomoea turpethum, Cassia senna, Emblica officinalis (Amla fruit/Indian gooseberry), Terminalia belerica, Terminalia chebula, Fennel seed, Clove, Black pepper, Long pepper (Pippali), Ind. Laurel leaf, Cyperus rotundus, Embelia ribes, cardamom.
Preparation / Usage:
For adults: 2 times daily 1,5 gms. (approx. 1 teaspoon) with plenty of water after eating, or at bedtime.

Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children
