This DVD focuses specifically on relaxation and releasing fear. There is a great kriya or yoga set to stretch and strengthen the body. Also included is a chapter on pain in labour and how you can work with managing the process. There are three meditations for different aspects of the pregnancy, a talk on fear during Pregnancy, including tips on how to release the emotion.
